TERMS & CONDITIONS
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT A deposit of 100% of the full stay will be required and charged to your credit card 7 days before the arrival date.
CANCELLATION OF YOUR STAY The cancellation of your stay at Condo Château-Bromont can be done according to the following terms*:
- Cancellations occurring more than 7 days before the arrival date: full refund.
- In case of cancellation 7 days or less before the arrival date, we keep 100% of the total amount of the stay.
- In the case of an early departure, the remaining nights are not refundable.
*Some conditions apply:
- Prepaid Holiday Season and Spring Break offers are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- Reservations during the following periods are subject to a 14-day cancellation policy prior to the arrival date: from December 19, 2025, to January 3, 2026 (Holiday Season), and from February 27 to March 21, 2026 (Quebec and Ontario Spring Break).
Smoking is prohibited in the units. A $200 fee will be charged to your credit card should this rule be broken
To ensure a pleasant vacation environment for all, please refrain from making excessive noise past 11 PM. Noise complaints received for your unit may result in penalty charges, or, if necessary, immediate expulsion with no refund.
A minimum of $100 will be charged to your credit card if the unit is left in an unacceptable state.
Animals are forbidden in all units
The guest accepts responsability for any missing inventory and damages to the property and authorizes Condo Château-Bromont to chage the credit card on file to pay any repair or replacement costs incurred
