DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
A deposit of 100% of the full stay will be required and charged to your credit card 7 days before the arrival date.
CANCELLATION OF YOUR STAY
The cancellation of your stay at Condo Château-Bromont can be done according to the following terms:
Cancellations occurring more than 7 days before the arrival date: full refund.
In case of cancellation 7 days or less before the arrival date, we keep 100% of the total amount of the stay.
In the case of an early departure, the remaining nights are not refundable
CONFIRMATION OF YOUR STAY AND ACCESS TO YOUR UNIT
A confirmation email will be sent to you on the day of your reservation
The morning of your check-in, you will receive a numerical code, along with all the details you will need, to access the condo
This code is valid from 4 PM the day of your arrival and until 11 AM on your check-out date.
